I set up HR Results Ltd in order to deliver business results through strategic business advice and sound "people management".

So often Human Resource matters are regarded as the soft side of business. This is not my experience. When you work on your own, your successes or failures are down to you. When your business grows or you are in a business which employs people to implement your goals, you must rely on others to deliver. This is where problems can start and frustrations set in if you haven't laid good foundations in employment practices and performance management processes. Managing people is often said to be the hardest aspect of business. Lucky for you, this is the field in which HR Results specialises. We take your frustration and turn it into results for your business.

My personal experience has been gained in both the private and public sector. I have worked in businesses of all shapes and sizes and have resolved HR issues that would make your balance sheets curl!
